Fixing Voicemail Issues
Occasionally, the Voicemail on the Verizon cellphones will get stuck and either not load, or tell you that it is full, even after you've deleted all messages.
First thing to try: Clearing app data
- Swipe up to see all apps
- Find the Voicemail app and hold down on the app icon for a split second. Let go when it starts jumping up and down
- Press the circled i in the top right and scroll down to Storage
- Click Clear Data and follow prompts to clear it
- Open the Voicemail app or call the voicemailbox
- If you cannot get into your voicemail, continue to the next troubleshooting option below
If the above didn't work, follow the below steps for: Resetting Network Settings
- Open the Settings app
- In the magnifying glass, search for "Network". Click on Reset Network Settings
- In that screen, select Reset Network Settings and then Reset Settings
- Restart the phone and have someone leave you a test voicemail
If the above did not work, submit a Zoho ticket with the layout "Mobile Phone Issue". Note in the ticket that you already attempted to clear data and reset network settings.
