Forcura case info that transfers to HCHB and Pointcare

Forcura Case info that shows up in HCHB attachments 

 

The Forcura Case Name = HCHB attachment File Name. 

The FIRST/OLDEST Forcura Case Comment = HCHB and Pointcare attachment Comment. 

We can take advantage of this to help both office and field staff more clearly identify what kind of info is held in the attachment.  Note: These entries can also be edited/updated within HCHB after the document is attached from Forcura to HCHB.   

 

Note: The Pointcare comment in the screenshot below doesn’t match the comment from the Forcura and HCHB screenshots because this screenshot is from the training environment.
