Citrix - How to reset a Citrix session for HCHB on your own

IF HCHB opens up to the same frozen windows each time you log in, or the R2 load bar loads but R2 doesn't actually launch, try resetting your Citrix session.

To reset a Citrix Session in HCHB:
1. Close out of HCHB
2. Close out of your internet browser (Chrome, Edge)
3. Reopen your browser
4. Go to the HCHB login page (login.hchb.com)
5. BEFORE you click the "log on" button, press CTRL + F5 (this is what resets your Citrix session)
6. Now click the "log on" button and open HCHB

If the issues persists, open a HCHB ticket with Informatics so we can look into it.
