Frozen/black HCHB windows or "No worker record exists..." error? Citrix display setting fix

If HCHB opens to frozen windows, or black windows/boxes appear, or it doesn't recognize your clicks
OR
If you are getting the error message, "No Worker Record Exists for your login name" and you are sure that you have your username correct

Try these steps:
CITRIX SETTING CHANGE

Close out of HCHB first 

In the bottom right of your screen, click the Up arrow and look for the Citrix icon (blue target) 
Right-click and select Advanced Preferences 

 

 

Click “High DPI” on the right side 

 

 

  1. Change that toggle to “No, use the native resolution”, then Save 

 

 


If that doesn't help, and you are using external monitors, try this:
