How to Manually Sync from the Company Portal App

What is the Company Portal app?

The Company Portal is what lets us control the apps and usage on a laptop. It is what stops someone from downloading Solitaire!

What does syncing do?

Syncing forces the laptop to search for any updates we may have pushed out. It is very similar to doing a Selective Refresh in Pointcare.

How do I sync?

To sync, click the Start button and find the Company Portal app

Select the Gear icon on the bottom left and then click Sync

My Company Portal says I'm not allowed access to company resources/won't let me sync. #SadPanda

If your Company Portal gives you that type of error, it most likely needs to just be manually sync'd from IT's side. Feel free to submit a Zoho ticket and we'll look into it!
