How to run an Office repair (Outlook, Word, Excel, ect.)

1.      Navigate to the start menu in the bottom left corner of your screen and search for “Add or remove programs”



            2.      Once that’s done, you should see a Window that says “Apps & features”

-        Search for ‘Microsoft 365 – en-us’

                              -       Click ‘Modify,’ then ‘Yes’ when the next window pops up



**It may require your Superuser's IT Admin password

4.     A new window will appear that says, “How would you like to repair your Office programs?”

-        Select ‘Online Repair’ and then click ‘Repair’



                  5. A final window will appear. Click Repair one last time and the repair will commence.



If that does not solve the issue, please submit a Zoho ticket
