How to Save Filters and Dropdowns in R2

1. Log into HCHB and click the black/blue orb on the top left
2. Go to Login Profile Settings
3. Click Prompt and Save & Close
  1. This will now prompt you to save settings whenever you adjust anything.
4. Click into the various Consoles you want to change the layout for. i.e. Workflow, Order, OASIS, Scheduling, etc.
5. Rearrange the filters by dragging groups to the top or changing the filter options on the left
6. Close out of the console you are in and when prompted, click Save the Changed settings
7. Go back into the black/blue circle and Login Profile Settings
8. Change the setting to be Stop Saving, but Retain Previously Saved Settings then Save & Close

Now when you open that console again, it will save the changes you made.

NOTE: This is Login Profile specific. Meaning if you have Clinical Manager & Scheduler or Intake & Backup Superuser, it only saves those in the profile you were in.
