How to setup Pointcare and Pointcare training

TRAINING
See below for instructions on setting up POINTCARE TRAINING for new hires.  


New hires do not use their own Agent ID for Pointcare training.  They will use the Agent IDs highlighted below (see more info below the screenshots!)

The BOM and Superuser have the ability to generate the setup code in the training environment for these agent IDs.  If the needed Agent ID isn't available when they are generating the setup code, it probably just needs to be activated by Informatics or HR (they inactivate on the 1st Sunday of each month because of the way they're set up).  



After you enter all of the setup info and tap the VALIDATE button at the bottom, a message will generate explaining that you must RENEW.  Tap OK, then tap RENEW.  This takes a couple of minutes to complete.
