Installing Citrix for HCHB
HCHB/R2 Citrix Access – (Note:
You may need your Superuser’s password or IT’s help to install Citrix)
- Open a web page and go to downloads.hchb.com
- On the bottom row, click the link for Office
User Downloads
- Then click the top link for Get the latest
Citrix Workspace App
- When the download is finished, open your Downloads folder to find the file
- Right-click and select Run as Administrator
This is where you may need assistance from your Superuser or IT
On the Welcome to Citrix Workspace window, click Start
- Accept the agreement and select Next
- Click Install on the next window, without
checking the box on the screen
- After it is done installing, select Finish
Do not select Add Email or Login (we don't have Citrix accounts; we have HCHB accounts)
- Go to a webpage and go to HCHB, login as usual
- Select the gear icon in the top right and choose Account Settings
- Click Change Citrix Workspace App
- Then select Detect Citrix Workspace app
- A pop-up might ask if you want to launch Citrix,
check the box to say Always Launch Citrix, then open Citrix
- If a pop-up doesn’t appear, select Already
Installed, then launch HCHB like normal
