If you need to direct anyone to request access-

 

Go to this website – https://harp.cms.gov/login/login

Understand that this first step is to verify you as you, it is like a background check – when asked for address it is your house not the office and same with most other questions –

Once verified you are good to go – if you fail the verification process then you must call to see what alternate way they can verify you-

 

 

 

 

If they are successful in the verification, they then close out of HARP and go to IQIES – same username and password for HARP now applies to IQIES
