New Online Learning Hub info

 The OLH will be moving to a new website this week.  The old site will remain active until April of 2024, but we encourage your team to start using the new site right away. 

New website:

New App?

There is no mobile app with this new version, so users will instead use an internet browser (Chrome, Edge) on their phone or computer to login. 

New login credentials:

Back-office HCHB users

Username: HCHB R2 username

Password: HCHB R2 password

 

Field-only Pointcare users:

Username: AgentID@signaturehc (the agent ID = the Pointcare user ID, and can be found in the worker console of R2)

Password: Pointcare password

 

NOTE!  Since the password for field-only users will be their Pointcare password, new-hires will need to get Pointcare setup first, then wait a couple of hours for the OLH to pick up the changes in HCHB before they can log into the OLH. 

 

Reports:

Reports are found at a different website and the number of users with access to this reporting site are limited.  If you need a report on the progress of your team or a specific worker, just open a ticket in Zoho to make that request.
