Pointcare account temporarily locked?

Note!  Your Superuser will need to generate a new setup code for you to complete the steps below

Steps to unlock Pointcare account

1. Wait 10-15 minutes

2. From the Pointcare login screen, tap the menu icon (3 white dots) > Tap Register

3. Enter the setup code (Superusers can generate a setup code for you.  They last for 30 minutes.)

4. Create a new password that meets the minimum requirements (at least 12 characters, 1 capital letter, 1 number, 1 symbol, and can't be a previously used Pointcare password).
