Quick Access Buttons
This can be a HUGE timesaver for back-office workers!
Adding a console to the Quick Access Toolbar helps users jump from various consoles (like the Workflow, OASIS or Scheduling Console). It adds buttons to the patient snapshot that will take you to that console, pre-filtered for that specific patient! It is a game changer.
- Right-click the console button of your choice in HCHB and select Add to Quick Access Toolbar
- This creates quick launch buttons at the top of HCHB that can easily open that console, but the magic happens in the Patient Snapshot
- Open the Patient Snapshot by single-clicking the folder next to their name in Clinical Input
- Use your new quick access buttons to jump to the console for that specific patient
Consoles not available to that patient (like HIS console for a HH patient, or OASIS console for a HOS patient) will be grayed out.
