- From the rolling calendar, select the visit to reschedule > Reschedule > choose new date > choose reason. Save.
- Green boxes with R icon will appear next to the visits you are rescheduling.
- Sync twice! (KEY: Must be twice, 2x, multiple times, not once)
- Visit will appear at the newly scheduled date
Tips:
• Must be within the Medicare Week (Sun-Sat)
• SOCs, ROCs, and Supervisory visits cannot be Rapidly Rescheduled, they must be rescheduled by the scheduler
