Rapid Reschedule Feature

Rapid Reschedule Feature

Don’t you wish you could reschedule your own visits without waiting for the office scheduler? Guess what? YOU CAN!!
Rapid Reschedule allows users to reschedule routine visits themselves

  1. From the rolling calendar, select the visit to reschedule > Reschedule > choose new date > choose reason. Save.
  2. Green boxes with R icon will appear next to the visits you are rescheduling.
  3. Sync twice! (KEY: Must be twice, 2x, multiple times, not once)
  4. Visit will appear at the newly scheduled date

Tips:
• Must be within the Medicare Week (Sun-Sat)
• SOCs, ROCs, and Supervisory visits cannot be Rapidly Rescheduled, they must be rescheduled by the scheduler
