Save Report Criteria in HCHB Reports Manager

Are there reports you pull constantly and are tired of setting up each time? Save the criteria instead!

  1. In HCHB, open the report you want to save. Select the dropdowns and set up the report how you want it to run each time
  2. Select Criteria from the bottom button, then select Save As. Enter a name for your report
  3. Next time you open that Report, select Apply Criteria Values at the top and select the name of your report




Important: If you want fluid dates (last month, last week, etc) instead of specific dates, follow this KB on how to apply that.


To Delete Previously Saved Report Criteria
  1. Open the Report Manager
  2. Pull up the desired report
  3. Pull up the saved criteria
  4. Click on the "Criteria" button used to initially save this Criteria
  5. Click Delete
