Time Tracker Review

Summary Screen: Each color indicates a different status for Visit or Non-Visit (NVA) times.

Black – All visits for the day have been processed and all NVA has been approved

Blue – Some visits or NVA have not been sync’d back to the office


Red – There is a visit or NVA that has been sync’d, but not processed (in Almost Complete status or NVA has been Sync’d but not approved)


Time Tracker:
Allows a worker to see their time allocation broken down daily by activity type

How To Get There:
From the rolling calendar, tap Menu > Agent > Time Tracker

Drill Down for Details: Tap a date on the left to see the details of that day

When viewing details for a day, tapping on the Type column provides links to add Non-Visit Activity and Coordination Notes
