Visits keep multiplying! How can this be fixed?

Sometimes Pointcare gets stuck and a visit will duplicate over and over after every sync. Occasionally creating 20 of the same visits! Follow the below steps to get back to just one of that visit.

How to fix multiplying visits

ALERT: If you have any incomplete or completed visits, this will remove all data. Be sure to finish any half-done visits and sync completed visits before following these steps

1. In Pointcare, click the three white dots on the top right
   
2. Select Maintenance and then Database
   
3. Click Clear Client Data
   
4. Let it do its thing
   
5. Sync and confirm the extra visits disappeared
   
6. If that does not do the trick, go back into Maintenance and Communications
   
7. Click Renew then retry the above steps
   

If that still does not solve the issue, please submit an Informatics ticket
