How to run Wednesday Maintenance and why (this is for Pointcare)
To be performed by all Pointcare users, weekly on Wednesdays.
UPDATE THE APP – fixes glitches, adds new features, updates user interface, etc.
On your device, open the PlayStore app
Tap the grey user circle icon in the top right
Tap Manage apps & Devices
Tap Update All
RUN A SELECTIVE REFRESH - updates assessments, pathways, signature forms, provider information, service codes, NVA types, etc.
On your device, open Pointcare
From the rolling calendar, tap the menu button (3 white squares) > Maintenance > Communications > Selective Refresh
Select all, then press SELECT at bottom of screen.
SYNCHRONIZE - picks up new patients and visits, sends completed visits & NVAs back to the office.
On your device, open Pointcare
Tap and hold the synch icon in the top right corner of the rolling calendar
