What to do with a spam or phishing email

You received an email that looks suspicious, now what?


When you see something that looks a little suspicious, please submit a Zoho ticket with a screenshot of the email. Choose the layout "Security Issue".

Do NOT forward the email on. That can cause our emails to become leaked, but it also increases the likelihood of us clicking on a virus as well.

After sending us the ticket, please delete the email without clicking on anything. We will block the sender from sending spam to any other Signature employee's
