How to reset Pointcare passwords on your device

 If you haven't forgotten your password and just want to change it, you can do this on your own with these steps.

CHANGE PASSWORD STEPS

1. From the Pointcare login screen, tap the menu icon (3 white dots)

2. Tap CHANGE PASSWORD

3. Enter your old password

4. Enter a new password  (at least 12 characters long, 1 capital letter, 1 number, 1 symbol, and cannot be a previously used Pointcare password)

If you've forgotten your Pointcare password, you can reset it with the steps below. 

First though, your Superuser will need to generate the setup code for you (the setup codes expire after 30 minutes).  

RESET PASSWORD STEPS

1. From the Pointcare login screen, tap the menu icon (3 white dots)

2. Tap RESET PASSWORD

3. Enter the setup code

4. Enter a new password (at least 12 characters long, 1 capital letter, 1 number, 1 symbol, and cannot be a previously used Pointcare password)
