How to Install Doclink

  1. Navigate to the DocLink website: (https://web.doclinkcloud.com/dlremote)
  2. Click the Prerequisites link
  3. Click the Install the Altec Application Launcher link
  4. On the File Download dialog, select Open
  5. When the Installation Wizard appears, click Next
  6. Select Complete Install (or Typical), click Next 
  7. Click Install to begin the installation
  8. Click Finish to exit the Installation Wizard
  9. Click Home to return the DocLink web page
  10. Click the Launch DocLink Smart Client link
  11. The login screen will appear. Follow steps below for logging in

  1. Check the box for DocLink Cloud
  2. Enter the Site ID: sighh01 (CaSe SeNsItIvE!!)
  3. Enter the URL: https://web.doclinkcloud.com
  4. Click the Microsoft/Azure AD logo to log in with SSO
  5. Click the Save Profile As box and name that profile
  6. Login
