Changing Workflow Task Colors

Does the bright red glare from undone workflow tasks make you cringe? Would you prefer a smooth purple? This trick is for you!

  1. In HCHB, select the blue/black orb in the top left, then select Login Profile Settings
  2. Under the Action View Colors tab, use the dropdowns to select the background and text colors for all stages of workflow tasks.
    1. Normal - New tasks that recently arrived
    2. Warning Level 1, 2, & 3 - Tasks that have hit specific time limits, indicating how long the task has been open
  3. Click Save & Close when done
