How to save files from HCHB to your computer

When we save files from HCHB to our computers, we have to follow a certain path to get to our actual computer.  It's easy to accidentally follow the incorrect path.
Path to save files from HCHB to your computer
This PC >>> (Permit All Access) >>> Local Disk C: >>> Users >>> (your username) >>> save anywhere you
choose here (I chose my desktop in the screenshot below

If you're still not able to save, Check on your Citrix "Read and Write" Settings

If you can’t save files from HCHB to your computer, and you’re confident that you’re using the correct path to save (THIS PC > LOCAL DISK C: > USERS > YOUR USERNAME > (Anywhere from here will work), check your Citrix Read and Write settings.  To do this:

In the system tray, right-click the Citrix icon > Connection Center

Click on PREFERENCES

Choose READ AND WRITE
