R2 won't launch - "You cannot log on at this time. Please close your browser to protect your account."
When a user gets this error after attempting to log into HCHB R2, if closing and reopening the browser doesn't help, have them clear their browser history and cache.
To do this in Chrome,
1. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner > Settings
2. Click "Privacy and Security" on the left, then "Clear browsing data" in the middle
3. Set the time range to "all time" and make sure the first 2 boxes are checked ("browsing history" and "cookies and other site data")
4. Click "Clear Data"
Then close Chrome, reopen, and log in to HCHB.
